Pranayama – The Art of Conscious Breathing

Pranayama helps regulate the life force energy (prana) through the breath.
In this workshop, you’ll learn simple yet powerful breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, increase mental clarity, and open the heart.
Each breath becomes a doorway to the present moment—steady, grounding, and deeply nourishing.

Mantra Chanting – The Power of Sacred Sound

Mantras are ancient vibrational tools that quiet the mind and uplift the spirit.
When we chant together, our voices harmonise and our hearts attune to a shared rhythm.
This practice is not about singing perfectly—it’s about opening the voice, releasing stuck energy, and letting the healing vibration of sound move through you.

Mantras for the Workshop

  1. Om
The universal sound. Chanting Om helps bring unity to body, mind, and spirit. It’s grounding, centering, and deeply calming.

  2. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
A prayer for peace—within oneself, in relationships, and in the world.
“Om, Peace in me. Peace around me. Peace for all.”

  3. So Hum
A natural mantra that reflects the breath.
*”So” as you inhale, *”Hum” as you exhale.
It translates to “I am that”—a reminder of your true nature.

  4. Om Namah Shivaya
A mantra of transformation and inner strength.
“I bow to the inner Self / the Divine within.”

  5. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
A beautiful chant for collective wellbeing.
“May all beings everywhere be happy and free.”

Sound Healing – A Journey of Vibration and Rest

Sound healing uses specific tones and instruments—like singing bowls, chimes, or the voice—to bring the body and mind into a state of deep rest.
As you lie back and receive the waves of sound, stress dissolves, and inner stillness rises to the surface.
It’s like a sonic massage for your soul.
