The Classes We Offer Online
Heart and Hip Opening Yoga
Open your heart through gentle heart/chest opening poses. We start each class with a breathing practice then we carry on to slowly open up our heart area. Suitable to everyone, beginners and more advanced practitioners too.
Stretch and Flow
A blend of slow flow and deep stretch. This class is a perfect combination of movement and stillness.
Relaxation & Meditation
A modern-day movement with lineage-inspired teachings. This class starts with a slow-flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused.
Hatha Yoga
Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Wake Up Yoga
Move with your breath and bring your attention back to your body in our flow classes. These dynamic flow classes will get you out of your head and into a moving meditation
