Renew and relax with Yin Yoga, Restorative yoga and Sound Healing
Join us on this special day for healing and renewal.
Through yoga, pranayama, and meditation, we’ll restore our energy, followed by an optional dance session to uplift and move our vibrations. We’ll then settle into a deeply nourishing sound bath.
Tea, coffee, and snacks are included.

- 2:00 PM - Welcome and Check-in
- 2:15 PM - Gentle yin yoga practice to restore
- 3:15 PM - Pranayama and Meditation
- 3:45 PM - Tea Break
- 4:00 PM - Ecstatic Dance with Amanda (optional) or have a walk, chat or a treatment
- 5:00 PM - Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing with Lynney
- 6:00 PM - Closure
