Ayurveda Workshop at Shivoham Institute

Yogis often have numerous questions about lifestyle and diet. What foods are recommended? What should be avoided? Can water be consumed during asana practice? Which drinks should be avoided? How should one sleep and what should be done before bedtime?

Is a 90-minute asana practice sufficient? Should it be longer or shorter? Is the practice the same for everyone? What factors determine the duration of asana practice?

The main intention of the workshop is to facilitate necessary lifestyle changes that enhance asana practice and the lives of Yogis and Yoginis. As part of the workshop, you will complete a questionnaire to determine your body type or dosha, which will empower you to observe, practice, and modify lifestyle patterns that cause stress and imbalance.

Ayurveda, known as “The Science of Life,” is Yoga’s science sister. This workshop will teach you how to maintain a healthy body and mind through diet, herbal remedies, and lifestyle practices that greatly support our well-being. Adopting healthy habits can lead to life-changing experiences.

During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to discover and learn more about yourself, make positive changes for a healthier and happier life, receive assistance with digestive issues, and explore whether Ayurveda can address your specific health concerns.

Join our Ayurveda Workshop and embark on an enriching Ayurveda experience.
