What to Expect

1. Introduction to Kundalini Tantra Yoga

Kundalini Tantra Yoga is an ancient and sacred practice that focuses on awakening dormant energy within you, allowing for a profound transformation of mind and spirit. During this session, you will be introduced to the core principles of Kundalini Tantra, including how breath, movement, and awareness work together to awaken inner vitality and strength.

We will explore the chakras (energy centres) and how they influence your emotional and physical well-being, as well as simple yet powerful pranayama (breathwork) techniques that help to expand consciousness and elevate your practice.

2. Dynamic Asana Flow

Once we set the foundation, we will move into a dynamic asana (posture) flow designed to energize, strengthen, and balance your body. These movements will be guided with awareness of breath, bandhas (energy locks), and drishti (focused gaze) to create a meditative and empowering experience.
