Align the body-mind system through Panchadashi sequential kala mapping.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Shiva Tattva Meditation
A deep, silent Dhyana (meditation) focused on Shiva consciousness.
Integrating our 5 R Formula (specifically Rest & Reprogram).
Purifying the Tattvas (elements).
Awakening the 16th Kala—the radiant nectar of pure, unwavering awareness.

Sri Vijay Anand (PhD)
Tantric Master and Spiritual Guide
Meet Sri Vijay Anand, a dedicated practitioner of Tantric Hatha Yoga since the tender age of 5. Rooted in the sacred teachings of Shiva’s Tattwa Gyan and Swar Yog, he weaves a tapestry of profound knowledge through the 72,000 Nadis, the subtle pathways of prana.
